    Michael W. Rauseo, Redhorse

    Michael W. Rauseo

Vice President, National Security Growth, Redhorse Corp.

Over the past year, Mike Rauseo played a pivotal role in elevating Redhorse Corp.’s visibility within the Office of the Secretary of Defense. By championing a consultative approach and showcasing Redhorse’s digital transformation capabilities, Rauseo helped secure trusted partnerships now delivering real operational impact for the warfighter. His focus remains clear: bring innovation where it matters most — at the edge of decision-making.

Aligned with the current administration’s goals to reduce cost, streamline operations and improve government efficiency, Redhorse has been both a thought leader and implementer of these priorities since 2018. Human-centered design, lean startup principles and agile methodologies are core to its digital transformation approach. Cost savings, operational streamlining and efficiency gains are natural byproducts of its delivery model.

“Mike has an extraordinary ability to build trust with government partners while delivering outcomes that matter,” said Vincent Bridgeman, Redhorse senior vice president of national security. “His leadership is a key reason Redhorse is earning its reputation as a quiet force in national security modernization.”

    Why Watch

In 2025, Rauseo’s team is focused on accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence, machine learning and applied data science capabilities in contested logistics and enterprise analytics. The goal: improve the speed and confidence with which senior leaders make critical decisions.

“I seek to make the best use of the government’s time during scheduled engagements. It is important that the government walk away knowing that Redhorse is truly working shoulder to shoulder with the government to understand and solve their problems,” Rauseo said.

Fun Fact: Originally from Boston, Rauseo is affectionately known as “Boston Mike” in many of his social circles. He’s a lifelong fan of Boston sports, but after serving in a U.S. Marine Corps Reserve role in Stuttgart, Germany, he’s also become an avid follower of Bundesliga football.
