
Peter O’Donoghue’s biggest accomplishment since joining Tyto Athene has been building a CTO organization aligned with the company’s strategic goals, with a focus on M&A and team development. He helped lead the acquisition of MindPoint Group, adding top cyber and automation capabilities, rebuilt the New Business Solutions team, and launched an innovation lab, creating a deep bench strong enough to compete with any firm around the Beltway.

Fun Fact: O’Donoghue has been competing relentlessly since his days as a swimmer in Ireland, where he represented the national team, set multiple records and earned an athletic scholarship to the U.S. His experience taught him how to win, adapt to setbacks, stay accountable and build strong team culture — lessons that still shape him today. It’s also how he met his wife.
