    Razwan Raja

    Chief Innovation Officer, Agile Defense

Razwan Raja’s biggest recent achievement was launching and maturing Agile Labs, a core innovation hub within Agile Defense. This project helps to leverage AI, data and cloud technology to deliver tailored solutions that drive innovation, efficiency, cost savings, and competitive advantage, to help the company stay at the forefront of technological advancements. This ensures Agile Defense remains adaptable to the rapidly evolving needs of clients in both AI and cybersecurity.

“Razwan’s relentless drive for technical innovation is charting a bold new path for Agile Defense, unlocking unprecedented growth and paving the way for groundbreaking opportunities in innovation while achieving operational efficiencies for our customers,” said Agile Defense CEO Rick Wagner.

    Why Watch

In 2025, Raja’s team is focused on adaptive innovation that drives mission outcomes. Following the company’s acquisition of IntelliBridge earlier this year, the team has enhanced its technical landscape, now offering a five-layer technology stack and a broad array of solutions.

“This year, my journey at Agile Defense has been transformative, driven by our strategic acquisition of IntelliBridge, the dynamic expansion of Durosuite, and the rapid expansion of Agile Labs,” Raja said. “These milestones have fueled my passion to ensure Agile Defense delivers unparalleled, robust solutions across the Federal Civilian and Defense sectors.”

Fun Fact: Raja can recite NIST SP 800-53 from memory as bedtime stories for his kids. He finds national IT security standards riveting, but they put his kids to sleep every time.
