System High Corp., a Ridgeline company, has named Giancarlo Bacigalupo as senior vice president of finance and accounting.

In this role, Bacigalupo will lead the company’s finance and accounting teams, with responsibility for financial planning and analysis, program finance, and auditor and investor reporting.

He brings nearly 30 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions integration. The company said he has a track record of assessing business needs, leading critical initiatives and integrating projects in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

“Giancarlo is an effective leader with a proven financial acumen,” said System High President Sarah Lord. “His ability to motivate teams, collaborate across the organization, and orchestrate strategic planning will continue to elevate System High. Along with the rest of the executive leadership team, we are thrilled he is joining us.”

Before joining System High, Bacigalupo held senior roles at ManTech International and Northrop Grumman, where he supported large-scale contracts and led cross-functional teams. He also brings portfolio leadership experience supporting a range of mission-driven customers.
