A key focus of Toledo’s leadership within the Space Systems Division is the Space Sensing & Security portfolio. This portfolio plays a pivotal role in advancing missile warning and tracking capabilities for the Space Development Agency’s Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. His team is making substantial progress in enhancing these capabilities, ensuring the deployment of cutting-edge technologies to strengthen both national security and space infrastructure.

In 2025, Toledo and his team are swiftly responding to the evolving demands for space sensing capabilities essential for the PWSA. This includes the development and delivery of advanced Electro-Optical/Infrared space sensing payloads, which will be vital for the operational constellation. Beyond the PWSA, Toledo’s team is also expanding the company’s involvement in other space missions, positioning the organization for continued leadership in the space sensing domain.
