Since taking on this pivotal new role in July 2024, he effectively unified CACIās ability to deliver efficiencies and optimize results for customers that seek to secure American dominance in space. Additionally, his strategic oversight resulted in a 100% recompete success rate for his team.
In his previous position as CACIās vice president and division manager for space operations, launch and engineering, Egger oversaw the transformation of various key programs and critical initiatives for enhancing U.S. defense capabilities. He spearheaded efforts to ensure his division met and exceeded performance targets ā effectively coordinating operations and optimizing technology procurement, design and deployment.
