T-Rex Solutions and Ábaco Strategy have formed a joint venture and entered a Mentor-Protégé Agreement under the Small Business Administration’s Mentor-Protégé Program.

The new venture, AbacoRex LLC, is an 8(a), economically disadvantaged woman-owned and HUBZone-certified small business. It brings together both companies’ experience and capabilities to help federal agencies tackle complex challenges and drive modernization.

“T-Rex specializes in modernizing and securing critical Federal IT systems for the government,” said T-Rex CEO Seth Moore. “This partnership and ongoing collaboration will enhance our ability to drive government innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness.”

Under the agreement, T-Rex will mentor Ábaco as it grows its support across federal agencies. AbacoRex will offer IT engineering solutions that promote efficiency and transparency, including cloud, cyber, data and agile transformation services, as well as customer experience solutions focused on user experience and technology adoption.

“We are thrilled to embark on this journey with our mentor, T-Rex, to leverage their expertise to achieve our shared vision and mission,” said Abaco President and CEO Estefania Arregui-Gomez. “Together, we are poised to make significant strides in delivering innovative and impactful solutions to our clients.”
