Parsons Corp. has been awarded a spot on a $1.5 billion multiple-award task order contract from the Air Force Civil Engineering Center to provide architect-engineer services for environmental work, including emerging contaminants like PFAS.
The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract includes a 5-year base period and five 1-year options, with an additional 6-month extension available.
Parsons will compete for task orders based on qualifications to support environmental restoration, compliance, conservation, planning and emerging issues at Air Force installations worldwide. The contract also covers work for other federal clients, including the Defense Logistics Agency and NASA.

Parsons said it has over 50 years of experience supporting the Defense Department with environmental engineering, including PFAS investigation and cleanup. In October 2024, it was tapped by the National Guard Bureau to operate and maintain a PFAS groundwater treatment system at Burlington Air National Guard Base in Vermont. Its capabilities grew further with the February 2025 acquisition of TRS Group Inc., a leader in remediation technology.
