J&J Worldwide Services, a CBRE government and defense business, has begun providing operations, maintenance, repair and facility management support for the medical treatment facilities at Naval Medical Readiness Training Command Naples, U.S. Naval Hospital Naples and Naples Naval Base, Italy, effective April 1.

“Our team is honored to support DHA’s mission at NMRTC Naples,” said Patrick Roddy, CEO of J&J Worldwide Services. “With a focus on enhancing warfighter readiness and providing exceptional healthcare to service members and their families, this contract reinforces the company’s commitment to maintaining mission-critical infrastructure and ensuring high standards of operational performance.”

The contract runs for four years, including a base period from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, with three 12-month option periods extending through March 31, 2029, if all options are exercised.

NMRTC Naples supports Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command’s mission priorities, including warfighter readiness, medical force generation and delivery of high-quality care. The contract ensures operational efficiency and readiness of medical facilities supporting the Navy and Marine Corps.

This task order falls under the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Operations and Maintenance Engineering Enhancement program, which provides specialized operations and maintenance services for military medical facilities worldwide.
