Constellis has appointed Chad E. Coben, senior managing director of corporate finance and restructuring at FTI Consulting, to its board of directors.
Coben is a veteran financial executive with over 30 years of experience in operations, transactions and business transformation. He has worked closely with management teams, investors and boards to lead turnarounds, improve financial performance and manage major M&A and restructuring efforts.

Coben’s background spans telecom, technology infrastructure, consumer products and energy, and includes executive and interim roles at public companies and private equity-backed firms.
