This reflects their broader mission to connect and unify the tools and resources ECS employees rely on daily, with the goal of eliminating information silos and making workflows more seamless.

This work lays the foundation for a new generation of purpose-built, integrated solutions that empower ECS’ workforce and enhance operational efficiency.

In 2025, Serino and his team will continue to refine cloud integration and decision-support systems to boost ECS employees’ confidence and efficiency. That includes true integration for what, in the past, would’ve been “bolt on” solutions or resources — such as AI University or next-gen SOC capabilities — as well as automating routine tasks like form population and data retrieval, Serino said. Ultimately, their goal is to provide every ECS employee with the technology they need to make their workflows more efficient and intuitive.
