
Systems Planning & Analysis has acquired Intrepid, an engineering company supporting missiles and space, enterprise modernization, and aviation markets.
Intrepid is based in Huntsville, Alabama, and connects SPA to two mission priorities for the U.S. Army: integrated battle management and enterprise modernization.
Intrepid is also a systems engineering and technical assistance partner on the Integrated Battle Command System program helping to shape the Armyâs warfighting posture for the future, including strengthening homeland missile defense and countering offensive threats in the Indo-Pacific multidomain battlespace, the company said.
