Redhorse Corp. has acquired The Mannakee Group in a move to strengthen its role as a leading provider of national security and defense solutions.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Brian and the Mannakee Group to the Redhorse team,” said Noah Klemm, president of Redhorse Corp. “This partnership strengthens our collective ability to deliver cutting-edge technology and data solutions to solve tomorrow’s challenges.”

Based in Kensington, Maryland, Mannakee specializes in advanced software development and DevSecOps for Defense Department missions. The acquisition merges Mannakee’s software expertise with Redhorse’s AI, machine learning and data exploitation capabilities to deliver more powerful national security solutions, Redhorse said.

“I’m excited to have Mannakee join Redhorse and believe the complementary strengths of our two teams combine to a whole that’s greater than the sum of its parts,” said Brian Hak, CEO of Mannakee Group. “Together, we deliver wide-ranging best-of-breed digital services that better enable our customers to execute on their important missions in defense of the United States.”

Mannakee’s leadership team will remain in place, driving innovation and growth within Redhorse’s National Security portfolio.
