Koniag Government Services has appointed Joanie Barr as senior vice president of business operations, reporting to Chief Business Operations Officer Aisha McGill.

Barr brings over 30 years of experience as a leader in the GovCon market to the role, to help harness and articulate KGS solutions and capabilities as they evolve.
