Constellis has named retired U.S. Navy Vice Adm. Colin J. Kilrain to its board of directors to provide strategic guidance to support the companyâs mission in complex global operations.
A decorated military leader with nearly 40 years of service, Kilrain brings extensive experience in national security, special operations and global strategy. He most recently served as assistant to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 2021 to 2023.
Before that, Kilrain was associate director for military affairs at the CIA. He also led NATO Special Operations Headquarters, Special Operations Command Pacific and Naval Special Warfare Group Two.
