DXC Technology has appointed Jennifer Ragone as chief people officer, where she will report directly to DXC President and CEO Raul Fernandez.

“Since 2020, I’ve had opportunity to work with Jennifer as a board member and now as CEO of DXC. She has a deep understanding of our business and a proven track record in HR leadership that makes her the ideal choice to advance our people-first strategy,” Fernandez said. “Her expertise in leveraging AI and data analytics for talent development aligns perfectly with our vision for the future of work ensuring we continue to attract, develop, and empower top talent globally.”

In this role, Ragone will lead DXC’s global people strategy, focusing on driving profitable growth through innovative talent solutions, the company said.

She will also lead initiatives to strengthen the workforce, prepare employees for the future of work, and champion an inclusive culture focused on client centricity, accountability and performance excellence.

“We are so proud of Jennifer’s contribution to date and look forward to her leadership. As a seasoned executive, she will help accelerate change and will be a key member of my senior leadership team,” Fernandez added.

Prior to her new role, Ragone was vice president of business HR at DXC, where she partnered with business leaders and drove significant improvements in talent development and organizational effectiveness. Throughout her career at DXC, she held various leadership positions across the HR function.
