    Mike Daniels, UiPath

    Mike Daniels

Senior Vice President of Public Sector, UiPath

Mike Daniels had several highlights over the past year. One was driving the business to achieve FedRAMP certification for UiPath’s Agentic Automation Platform, enabling federal agencies to adopt the company’s innovations and expand intelligent automation at scale.

“I am also proud of our work to deploy our platform across several hundred thousand federal employees driving enhanced employee experience and impacting the future of work across key agencies like USDA, Coast Guard, Air Force and the IRS,” Daniels said. “Finally, as we enter the next wave of AI-driven technology impact, I am incredibly proud to be working at a company that is helping our clients to practically apply that at enterprise scale within the context of their mission processes.”

    Why Watch

In 2025, Daniels is focused on helping clients achieve rapid and tangible return from the end-to-end application of Agentic Automation within their mission processes.

“Our focus is on leveraging our own specialized LLM’s in areas such as document management and processing as well as application testing, in addition to providing the enterprise grade security and trust to leverage and orchestrate any third party LLMs our customers choose, along with our core automation capabilities, as part of delivering breakthrough mission impact,” he said. “We are excited to be able to help our customers deliver the practical benefits of AI development across diverse technology providers to drive efficiency and mission readiness along with improved employee and citizen experience.”

His perspective on life is to approach it as a “short and one-way ticket.”

“Bring your authentic self to what you choose to do and take the time to appreciate and celebrate those on the journey with you,” he said.

Fun fact: Daniels can juggle with moderate skill.
