Ridgeline International intends to acquire System High Corp., a provider of proactive protection and digital signature management solutions.

The transaction is expected to close in March subject to customary closing conditions. Both companies are backed by Enlightenment Capital.

“Ridgeline and System High share a deep commitment to enabling mission success for our customers,” said Sarah Lord, president of System High. “This new partnership allows us to amplify our impact across the industry and provide even more comprehensive solutions to meet our customers’ toughest security challenges.”

This strategic combination creates a scaled provider of high-end security solutions to protect the nation’s most critical operations, weapons platforms and intelligence missions, the company said.

The combined company will deliver broad-spectrum, multi-domain capabilities to address mission-critical challenges in information security, managed attribution, data privacy, identity management, data loss prevention, and physical and personnel protection.

“The combination of our companies represents a shared commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and mission success,” said Ridgeline CEO Erik Wittreich, who will oversee this next phase of innovation and growth. “By uniting Ridgeline’s cutting-edge data privacy and managed attribution capabilities with System High’s robust protection framework, we are equipping our customers to safeguard their missions from every angle.”
