J&J Worldwide Services won a spot on the Installation Management Command Europe Custodial Services multiple award task order.

The contract is valued at up to $220 million and has a performance period from Feb. 1 to Jan. 31, 2036.

As part of this work, J&J From CBRE will provide commercial custodial services across a dispersed geographic area, including U.S. Army Garrisons in Germany — Rhineland-Pfalz, Wiesbaden, Stuttgart and Bavaria.

J&J will also provide services for installations in Belgium, Luxembourg (Benelux), Bulgaria, Romania (Black Sea region) and other areas as needed. These services will be performed at different frequencies based on facility usage and required cleaning standards, ensuring compliance with U.S., host nation and local laws, and regulations and directives, the company said.

“This award underscores our continued commitment to delivering high-quality, mission-critical services to the U.S. Army,” said Patrick Roddy, CEO of J&J From CBRE. “With our extensive experience in facility management and operations, we are prepared to meet the unique challenges of servicing these geographically dispersed locations while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, compliance, and operational readiness.”
