J&J Worldwide Services, a CBRE government and defense business, has appointed K. Ryan Jenkins as executive director of business development.

With over 20 years of experience in base operations, logistics and federal contracting, Jenkins led major projects in Kuwait, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Diego Garcia and Singapore. He managed contract execution, financial strategy and operations, ensuring mission success in high-stakes environments.

“Ryan’s distinguished military career and extensive experience in federal contracting make him a tremendous asset to J&J,” said Patrick Roddy, CEO of J&J Worldwide Services. “His deep understanding of defense operations and strategic leadership in high-trust environments align perfectly with our mission to deliver exceptional support to our government clients. We are confident his expertise will drive continued success for J&J and CBRE’s Government and Defense Services business.”

Before joining J&J, Jenkins held leadership roles at Engility (now Sincerus), Constellis and Amentum, managing multimillion-dollar defense contracts and advancing procurement, acquisition strategy and program execution across global operations.

Jenkins, a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves, has served as an aviation officer (Black Hawk pilot), logistics officer, information operations officer and civil affairs economics officer.
