    Chugach Government Solutions Taps Virginia Robinson as SVP, Chief Legal Officer

    Virginia Robinson, CGS

    Chugach Government Solutions, LLC has appointed Virginia Robinson as senior vice president and chief legal officer. Robinson will oversee all legal, compliance and governance matters, and provide strategic counsel.

    “We are thrilled to welcome Virginia to Chugach Government Solutions,” said CGS President Dirk van der Vaart. “Her vast legal expertise, leadership, and strategic vision make her a perfect fit for our team as we continue to deliver superior performance, foster innovation, and ensure unwavering reliability.”

    Prior to joining CGS, Robinson served as general counsel, chief ethics & compliance officer, and corporate secretary at Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corp. Her background includes leadership roles at Amentum and DynCorp International.

    Robinson has successfully defended major litigation cases, led corporate governance initiatives, and advised on mergers, acquisitions and business growth strategies.
