V2X, Inc. has named L. Roger Mason chief growth officer to drive the company’s growth strategy, identify new market opportunities and improve business development efforts.
Mason reports directly to President and CEO Jeremy C. Wensinger.

Mason joins V2X from Parsons Corp., where he served as a senior vice president and advised the executive leadership team on market strategy, growth priorities, M&A integration efficiencies and margin expansion.
Before that, he was the president of Peraton’s Space and Intelligence sector, a $2 billion business delivering hardware and software solutions for national security space, civil space, defense and intelligence missions.
Mason also held senior executive leadership positions at Noblis, General Dynamics and the Institute for Defense Analyses.
