Jason Adolf
Vice President of Global Public Sector Vertical, Appian
Jason Adolf’s team set a new record for net new revenue in Appian’s global public sector vertical, achieving significant growth across all regions. Adolf credits his team’s expertise and business development efforts for driving this success.
“Jason is an expansive thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit,” said Michael Beckley, chief technology officer and founder of Appian. “He envisions what is possible for our public sector customers and works to help them achieve it. As a recent example, he championed Appian Edge to give our clients continuous access to mission-critical applications, even when working disconnected. He is known as a mentor to this team, and has played a pivotal role in Appian’s growing success in providing enterprise applications across federal civilian and defense agencies.”
Why Watch
In 2025, Adolf and his team are heavily focused on expanding into several new solution areas and verticals. They are heavily focused on expanding their public health footprint globally as well as investing in areas such as ERP extension and disconnected use cases. They also plan to continue a push into the law enforcement and investigative case management solution space.
“We are about to enter another period of significant change in the U.S. government,” Adolf said. “There will be a laser focus on efficiency and technology modernization across all federal agencies and the military. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work on transformational projects. I’ve never been more excited about the opportunity ahead for Appian and the low-code process automation market in general.”
Fun fact: Adolf is an avid collector of Lladro porcelain sculptures, a fact that often surprises people. These sculptures, often seen in curio cabinets in grandparents’ homes, hold a special meaning for him as they remind him of his grandmother, who had an extensive collection. While many pieces have a traditional look, Adolf appreciates the more modern designs as well.
