DeEtte Gray
President of U.S. Operations, CACI
Since joining CACI seven years ago, DeEtte Gray has firmly established herself as a driving force behind the company’s successful execution of its growing national security business. Gray’s leadership has been pivotal, earning her several industry accolades—a testament to her steadfast commitment to excellence in serving the U.S. government.
In July 2024, Gray took on the critical role of President of U.S. Operations at CACI, reporting directly to the company’s President and CEO John Mengucci.
Here, she is positioned to lead government modernization, efficiency, and innovation across its seven markets — Enterprise IT, Digital Solutions, Mission and Engineering Support, Spectrum Superiority, Space, C3I, and Cyber. Of note, she leads three of the largest agile software development programs for the federal government and is making unparalleled strides in large-scale network modernization across seven programs of record. At the frontlines, her team is revolutionizing the battlefield with the latest electronic warfare technology under the U.S. Army’s Terrestrial Layer System-Brigade Combat Team (TLS BCT) Manpack award and the U.S. Navy’s Spectral contract.
For the Department of the Air Force, Gray oversees the Enterprise IT-as-a-Service (EITaaS) program supporting more than 800,000 airmen and guardians with modern IT service management systems.
Further strengthening the company’s credibility with customers, Gray manages CACI’s work on the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), where the company provides a single financial management enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Utilizing this system, the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) became the first military branch to receive a clean financial audit, which results in financial transparency and accountability within the defense community. Of the seven DoD agencies that utilize this system and are audited annually, six including USMC, have received clean financial audits and the seventh agency improved its rating in its initial year on the system.
