Kevin Kelly
Chairman and CEO, Arcfield
As chairman and CEO at Arcfield, Kevin Kelly led the company to achieve substantial growth through strategic acquisitions and a strong focus on technological innovation. With Kelly at the helm, the Arcfield team set (and met) aggressive integration goals for its late 2023 acquisitions and is now leveraging synergies across its subsidiaries to provide added value, efficiency and a more robust capability set to its government partners.
Kelly said these changes have not altered the company’s direction, rather they’ve strengthened its commitment to supporting and strengthening the U.S. government’s technological edge, particularly in areas like space superiority, digital transformation, and hypersonics and nuclear deterrence.
The company’s track record of a near-100% recompete win rate last year is a testament to the value Kelly and team deliver to their mission partners. His commitment to investing in differentiating technologies and expanding Arcfield’s capabilities have solidified the company’s posture as a valuable mission partner in the defense and intelligence sectors.
Why Watch
Kelly continues to drive innovation at Arcfield by tapping into the company’s growing workforce. Since launching its internal R&D program, employees submitted over 63 ideas, with $14.5 million in funding awarded. Many are already in use, strengthening customer missions. A key result: Arcfield’s AI for digital engineering platform.
“Independently, AI and digital engineering are already force multipliers, and we deliver those technologies to our customers every day,” Kelly said. “Now, imagine the efficiency and velocity that could be achieved when you couple those two things together. That’s the kind of great work that’s being done at Arcfield and I couldn’t be prouder of all we’ve achieved in a short time or more excited for what’s to come.”
Fun fact: A Penn State alum and die-hard football fan, Kelly holds season tickets and attends every home game when work allows. Despite a disappointing postseason, he’s proud of the team’s performance. “We are!”
