Jennifer Felix leads ASRC Federal with a focus on advancing customer missions, delivering for the company’s Inupiaq shareholders, and cultivating continuous growth and development for 8,500 employees.
This panoramic mindset of growth and mission success has served the company well. In 2024, ASRC Federal achieved significant contract wins, such as a $320 million NASA facility support contract, a $90 million NIH IT modernization contract, and a $500 million DLA contract. ASRC Federal achieved record-breaking results, securing over $1.53 billion in new contract awards over the past two years.
Felix drives collaboration within ASRC Federal and with customers, fueling the company’s success. She strengthened the Technology Center of Excellence to boost knowledge-sharing, launched a learning academy for emerging technologies, expanded the CTO Fellows program to connect talent and advanced the STRIDE internship to give college students hands-on experience in government tech jobs.

ASRC Federal has also taken a leading role in providing cybersecurity solutions for our clients, such as our new endeavor to bring zero trust cybersecurity principles to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services agency.”

In 2025, Felix is building on those successes. Under her leadership, ASRC Federal is helping the Defense Logistics Agency manage critical supply chains for warfighters, improving healthcare delivery for the National Institutes of Health and the Defense Health Agency, and providing cybersecurity services to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. As a key part of ASRC Federal’s culture, Felix remains committed to giving back and leads the company’s support of organizations that drive positive change.
Fun fact: Felix is dedicated to addressing healthcare disparities among Black, American Indian, and Alaskan Native mothers, who face significantly higher childbirth mortality rates. As a board member of the Greater Washington March of Dimes, she focuses on improving maternal health outcomes in these communities. She also supports veterans transitioning to civilian careers through programs like DoD SkillBridge and the American Corporate Partners Military Spouse Employment Partnership.
