John Heneghan
President, ECS
In 2024, ECS achieved key milestones that demonstrate client trust in its ability to deliver results. It enhanced AI and machine learning capabilities for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s Maven Program and the Defense Department’s Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office, providing warfighters with improved decision-making tools.
ECS expanded its role in securing federal systems through a new cybersecurity program with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and supported the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s CDM program by enabling real-time, data-driven responses to evolving cyber threats.
“I’m inspired by the dedication of our team and the partnerships we’ve built with our clients,” John Heneghan said. “Together, we’re driving transformation that doesn’t just meet the challenges of today but sets the stage for success tomorrow. Whether it’s integrating frontier AI capabilities, strengthening cybersecurity defenses, or enabling interoperability across systems, ECS is committed to delivering results that matter.”
