    Wayne Wilkinson, Integral Federal

    Wayne Wilkinson

    President & CEO, Integral Federal

Closing a deal to acquire Pragmatics was a high point of Wayne Wilkinson’s tenure so far as CEO of Integral Federal since 2022 — and transformational for the company.

“When I arrived at the company almost four years ago, we were a graduated small business that operated as such,” Wilkinson said. “During my tenure, we have invested in leadership, the building of the corporate infrastructure, the development of a defined strategy and most importantly a culture that is built around partnership and respect for others. Today we operate as an emerging mid-tier business that can compete in the broader landscape of the full and open market.”

The deal itself is the culmination of the foundation developed and the launching of Integral Federal’s M&A strategy that will accelerate the company’s growth and expand its DevSecOps and cloud solutions, he said. The acquisition marks a significant milestone for Integral and affords the team greater opportunities to expand their customer base and provide them with integrated solutions focused on national security.

“It was personally rewarding to see the team bring their unique expertise to the deal and collaborate to ensure it was a successful transition,” Wilkinson said.

    Why Watch

In 2025, Wilkinson’s team is building on a successful year with over $100 million in bookings, its first acquisition, and a corporate headquarters relocation. The team is ready to capitalize on these achievements.

They are finalizing the 2030 Strategic Plan to position Integral as a leading mid-tier provider in the national security market, advancing integrated solutions in digital transformation and systems engineering to support national security missions.

Wilkinson expressed excitement about Integral’s accomplishments and future goals. Over the past four years, the company has demonstrated a strong commitment to investing in corporate structure, leadership, and culture, successfully transitioning from a small business to a leading mid-market solutions provider.

“We are primed for growth because of the hard work and dedication of the entire Integral Federal team, and for that, I am very proud,” he said. “We will continue to focus on providing transformative solutions and ways we can exceed the expectations of our customers.”

Fun fact: Wilkinson, a sports enthusiast, coached all his son’s youth sports teams. Now, as the parent of a competitive high school swimmer, he volunteers at high school and USA-sanctioned swim meets, giving him the chance to support his son and meet top swimmers from across the country.
