Leidos subsidiary QTC Medical Services (which operates as Leidos QTC Health Services) has won a contract by the Veterans Benefits Administration to perform Medical Disability Examination Services in Regions 1-4.
“With more than 1 million examination cases delivered in 2024, Leidos QTC Health Services continues to drive innovation and increase program efficiency for the VBA,” said Liz Porter, Leidos Health & Civil Sector president. “These veteran disability compensation and pension exams provide a vital service to those who have sacrificed so much for our nation.”
Under the new short-term indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract, Leidos will provide services including claimant communication, appointment scheduling, provider training, system integration with VBA IT systems, and medical records management.
The contract runs for one year with an optional second year and includes performance metrics for exam production, completion time, pending days, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Leidos QTC Health Services, a VBA partner since 1998, now serves an average of 63,000 veterans monthly. It has expanded its mobile health clinics to improve access for rural and homebound veterans.
