Cook Inlet Region, Inc., an Alaska Native regional corp., has purchased OSC Edge, a provider of IT engineering, integration, and testing and data management services.

“I applaud the Board’s decision to move forward with this acquisition,” CIRI CEO Swami Iyer said. “It reflects our shared commitment to growth, innovation and creating long-term value for our Shareholders.”

OSC Edge provides enterprise IT solutions to government and commercial organizations via its staff of over 300 team members. As a CIRI subsidiary, OSC will have access to new networks, improved operational capabilities and the potential for increased scalability, the company said.

Co-founder Tiffany Bailey remains as OSC president and CEO.

“I’m incredibly excited about this new chapter and the opportunities that come with being part of the CIRI family,” she said. “This acquisition marks a significant milestone for our company and I truly believe it will fuel our growth and success.”

OSC joins CIRI’s portfolio, which exceeds $1 billion in assets. The acquisition aligns with CIRI’s long-term business strategy.
