    Allison Daniels’ recent major achievement was leading Fluor’s Costpoint Enterprise Resource Planning system transition, which impacted around 3,000 employees across multiple countries. As the key process owner, she guided the Supply Chain Organization through the design, testing and deployment during the ERP system switch. Her efforts ensured a successful transition, completed on schedule and under budget.
