Booz Allen’s response to these changes is a transformation effort known as VoLT (Velocity, Leadership, Technology) a multiyear strategy for rapid and sustained growth.

Rubin said he will be considering various strategic, operational and external factors to ensure smooth and efficient operations across a diverse array of technical capabilities. His focus is on activating a modernized supply chain capability structured to enable Booz Allen’s mission.
Over the course of his career, Rubin demonstrated the kind of deep functional expertise and business acumen needed to consistently deliver outstanding supply chain performance. Supply chain management first caught his interest as an undergraduate, and his passion for the subject continued through business school and the day-to-day activities of his career.
