Sebrena Sawtell is excited for her team to celebrate Booz Allenâs legacy as the company marks â110 years young.â Sheâs proud of showcasing Booz Allenâs innovation throughâ¯Velocity magazine, technologyâ¯partnerships and a portfolio of products and solutions. Sawtell helped launch the companyâs AI campaign, positioning it as the top AI provider to the federal government. Her team is also honored to sponsor the Warrior Games for the second year and to engage with Team U.S. at Invictus.
In addition to external promotions, her team improved the growth marketing and sales enablement program with new training, resources and support for key procurement opportunities. Theyâve balanced MARTECH solutions to drive impact for team members, stakeholders and public sector clients while ensuring security and sustainability. They also established a companywide marketing community of practice and a center of excellence for best practices, processes and training.

Sawtell said working at Booz Allen for over 16 years has been a privilege.
âDuring my tenure Iâve worked directly supporting our clientsâ missions in civil, defense and the intelligence community,â she said. âBeing able to contribute first-hand to missions of national importance and see the real-time and long-term impact makes me even more proud to lead a team who can showcase the incredible work and technology advancements that is done each day.â
Fun fact: âI am 50-50 left- and right brained; I love both the creative and analytical,â Sawtell said. âI started my career as a photographer and graphic designer but always had a passion for math and science. In my spare time, I love to build large-scale Lego models.â
