Redhorse announced the planned retirement of CEO John Zangardi at the end of 2024 and the promotion of Chief Delivery Officer Noah Klemm to the role of president, effective immediately.

Zangardi joined Redhorse in 2020 as president and later assumed the role of CEO. He recently shared his decision to step down in an all-hands message to Redhorse staff.

“We deeply appreciate John’s leadership over the past five years,” said David Inmon, chairman of the board of directors and Redhorse founder.

“He has been instrumental in transforming the Redhorse business and providing steady guidance, particularly during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic,” Inmon said. “We are thrilled that John will continue to contribute to Redhorse as a member of the board of directors following his retirement.”

As president, Klemm will oversee all aspects of Redhorse’s operations and business strategy. Since joining Redhorse in 2022, Klemm has played a pivotal role in strategy development and client delivery, the company said, adding that “his leadership and vision are expected to drive continued growth and success for the company.”
