J&J Worldwide Services, a CBRE government and defense business, has appointed Patrick Roddy as CEO and executive managing director.

“Patrick’s distinguished military career as a U.S. Army Infantry Colonel and his proven leadership across global markets make him exceptionally well-suited to lead J&J forward,” said Darren Blue, CBRE Government & Defense Services sector president. “His expertise aligns perfectly with our focus on expanding into new markets and supporting critical missions that demand operational excellence in high-trust environments.”

Concurrently, Steve Kelley will transition into an advisory role as vice chairman and senior advisor for commercial strategy and strategic partnerships for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions segment and its Government and Defense Services business.

“Steve’s dedication and strategic leadership have been invaluable to J&J’s success,” Blue said. “I am deeply grateful for his contributions and look forward to continuing to benefit from his experience and insight in his new advisory role.”

Looking ahead, Blue emphasized his optimism for the company’s future.

“We have an exceptional leadership team, a clear focus on the right opportunities, and a shared passion for serving our clients,” he said. “With the acquisition of J&J in February of this year, we are strategically positioned as one of the largest facilities management defense contractors in the world. With these ingredients, the future is bright.”
