Cook Inlet Region, Inc., an Alaska Native regional corp., has purchased OSC Edge, a provider of IT engineering, integration, and testing and data management services.

OSC Edge provides enterprise IT solutions to government and commercial organizations via its staff of over 300 team members. As a CIRI subsidiary, OSC will have access to new networks, enhanced operational capabilities and the potential for increased scalability, the company said.
Co-founder Tiffany Bailey will remain as OSC’s president and CEO.

OSC adds to CIRI’s business portfolio which currently exceeds $1 billion in assets. The acquisition aligns with CIRI’s long-term business strategy.
