Debbie Rhodes is a pivotal leader at CGI Federal, the wholly-owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI, employing around 7,000 professionals. With a strong commitment to employee well-being, she focuses on enhancing employee experience and driving strategic human resources initiatives that ensure efficient processes and a supportive workplace.
Under her guidance, CGI Federal is committed to improving the resources available for employees (known as CGI Partners), attracting diverse talent and fostering an inclusive workplace environment.
Rhodes leads several initiatives that promote collaboration, empower employees and strengthen CGI’s workplace culture. She recently played a key role in launching two important tools to enhance the CGI Partner experience: one focused on employee well-being, offering access to coaching for CGI Partners and their families, and another, a dynamic portal that provides transparency and insights into employees’ total rewards. These tools are designed to inform and empower members, giving them greater control over their benefits.
