Aimee George Leary has been with Booz Allen for nearly 30 years, using her expertise in talent strategy and leadership to drive the company’s growth and success. She held various roles, including talent strategy officer, before being appointed chief people officer in April 2024. Leary now oversees talent strategy and culture transformation for Booz Allen’s 35,000 global employees as the company pushes innovation and advances mission outcomes.
Under her leadership, Booz Allen achieved record hiring, employee satisfaction and headcount growth. Key initiatives include a revamped recruiting process, the integration of AI and other technologies, support for flexible and hybrid work environments, new training and upskilling resources and leadership development programs.
Leary’s efforts have strengthened the company’s global talent pipeline, improved hiring and retention and generated employee momentum around key initiatives. Her focus on a values-driven culture, emphasizing well-being, development and belonging, has made Booz Allen a top employer.
