SOSi has appointed Jeffrey Mounts as a senior account executive for the federal civilian sector.
Mounts brings 30 years of experience at the State Department to the role. He will be responsible for developing and managing customer and partner relationships to advise business units and sales teams.
“Jeff possesses extensive experience and brings an intimate understanding of the civilian agency market to SOSi,” said SOSi CEO Julian Setian. “With a large part of our business in that sector and growing, his knowledge will prove invaluable as we drive greater business penetration.”
Mounts has extensive expertise in managing large-scale financial operations and leveraging advanced Enterprise Resource Planning solutions. He will help align the company’s digital innovation and transformation capabilities with evolving customer needs.
“Federal agencies must modernize legacy systems to better support employees and citizens, which is not an easy task. SOSi has proven expertise in implementing complex ERP solutions to transform operations, and I look forward to bolstering the company’s technical capabilities and service excellence,” said Mounts.
Mounts also brings deep knowledge of federal financial processes and compensation systems, including expertise in personnel and pay policy, worldwide payment execution and banking services, after-employment pension and benefit administration, corporate systems development and program management, and global shared services implementation and operation.
Before joining SOSi, Mounts was the global head of foreign mission banking at Citibank.
“Government agencies seeking to advance their financial management operations trust SOSi’s nuanced expertise and insight. As a seasoned expert who understands modernization challenges firsthand, Jeff will empower our teams to deliver effective and tailored solutions that eliminate inefficiencies, enhance service delivery, and build resiliency,” Setian said.
