    SAIC Taps Heath Starr as Chief Innovation Officer for Civilian Business Group

    Heath Starr, SAIC

    Heath Starr has been named health market leader and chief innovation officer for SAIC’s Civilian Business Group.

    He is “a proven leader with an impressive track record of enabling technology transformation, driving forward-thinking solutions, and developing high-performing teams,” the company said.

    Starr most recently served as SAIC’s senior vice president of product, partnerships and ventures. Before that, he held several senior and executive roles with the company since 2014. Starr also spent eight years with GDIT.

    In his new role, Starr will lead the health market in the areas of enterprise and mission IT, health solutions and operations, and advisory services.

    He will also spearhead the innovation strategy for the business group.
