Next is Ruta Haile, director of government contracts and pricing at ABSG Consulting, and finalist in the Contracts Executive of the Year, Private Company, category. Here, she talks about recent achievements, shares career advice and more.
What key achievements did you have in 2024?
In 2024, we concentrated on enhancing operational efficiency and promoting team collaboration within ABS Consulting. By implementing new processes and encouraging open communication, we were able to create a more cohesive work environment. As a result, we saw improvements in our service delivery, leading to increased customer satisfaction.
What are your primary focus areas going forward, and why are those so important to the mission?
Peeking forward, my primary focus will be on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth. This commitment to growth and learning aligns closely with ABS Consulting’s mission to deliver exceptional client value and stay ahead of market trends.
What is your best career advice for those who want to follow in your footsteps?
Stay curious!! Embrace all opportunities. Cultivating curiosity will open doors to new ideas and roads you never realized existed.
