Lisa Wilkinson has joined SOSi as chief human resources officer.
With more than 25 years of human resources experience, Wilkinson will lead SOSi’s workforce planning and development, talent acquisition and retention, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, diversity and inclusion programs, and compliance.
“Lisa will assume responsibility for SOSi’s most valuable asset: Our people,” said CEO Julian Setian. “Her experience and demonstrated successes give me full confidence in her ability to grow, nurture, and empower SOSi’s global workforce to deliver innovation and tangible results for our government clients.”
Before joining SOSi, Wilkinson spent 17 years in the aerospace and defense industry, most recently as vice president of people and culture at SES Space & Defense. She was also an executive lead for the company’s successful acquisition and integration of DRG GES, where she held the senior director HR position.
