    Howard Young Named J&J Worldwide Services’ Senior HR Director

    Howard Young, J&J Worldwide Services

    Howard Young has been named J&J Worldwide Services’ senior human resources director.

    Young brings over 20 years of experience in human resources to the role, spanning healthcare, government contracting and higher education sectors.

    “We are excited to add Howard to our leadership team,” said Steve Kelley, CEO of J&J Worldwide Services. “Now that J&J is part of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions and Government and Defense Services business, we’re positioned to grow at scale. Howard will serve an important role in leveraging CBRE’s global network and rigorous talent development to help us continue to deliver exceptional expertise and service to our clients.”

    Prior to joining J&J, Young was senior director (head) of people services/counsel for Millennium Corp., where he supported over 450 geographically dispersed staff in the Defense Department and federal civilian markets.

    Young also spent over 10 years with the Social Security Administration in multiple leadership roles. He was responsible for building diverse teams and fostering inclusive work cultures, and oversaw a multimillion-dollar budget for national security programs and employment operations.
