Jesse Levine
Senior Vice President & General Manager of Federal Law Enforcement and Intelligence Division, IntelliBridge
Jesse Levine’s greatest achievement was advancing the missions of Justice Department agencies, especially the FBI, through IntelliBridge’s Federal Law Enforcement and Intelligence Division.
As a former FBI executive, his focus was always on delivering top-tier mission services and technology solutions to help protect the nation. IntelliBridge has supported the FBI for nearly two decades, including a key role in the Guardian Threat Enhancement Operations Unit, which evolved from the FBI’s Counterterrorism Watch Center. This unit ensures compliance and oversight of terrorism-related investigations.
Recently, IntelliBridge was awarded a prime contract under the FBI’s IT-SSS II BPA, a major contract vehicle launched as threats reach unprecedented levels. With their long history of serving federal law enforcement and national security agencies, IntelliBridge is honored to help the FBI address current and future threats.
“We expect this contract to be a cornerstone of our ongoing contributions to the FBI’s mission,” Levine said.
Cass Panciocco, president and CEO of IntelliBridge, said:
“Jesse Levine exemplifies exceptional leadership within IntelliBridge’s Federal Law Enforcement & Intelligence Division. His vision and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in driving our corporate focus on enhancing national security through innovative technology solutions. Under his guidance, we are dedicated to integrating cutting-edge technology across a diverse range of customers, ensuring that we effectively address the complex challenges facing our nation today.”
Why Watch
In 2024, Levine and his team are focused on digital transformation. Over the next year, the Federal Law Enforcement and Intelligence Division will work on advancing technical solutions that directly support the mission and improve efficiency across service programs. A key focus will be using the studio to address the growing challenge government agencies face in managing and acting on massive volumes of data.
Levine’s personal priority is to develop solutions that fill the capability gaps he saw during his time in federal law enforcement. Having worked inside the agency and as a provider, he is uniquely positioned to deliver innovative capabilities that make an immediate and lasting impact.
“One of my favorite quotes is, ‘Thoughts become things.’ I regularly use goal visualization techniques because I firmly believe that if you can envision something, you can make it happen — no matter the obstacles,” Levine said. “One habit I’ve relied on for years is visualizing the next day’s challenges right before I go to sleep. I picture myself overcoming each one, and I find that I wake up less stressed because I’ve already mentally worked through the solutions.”
Fun fact: Levine is passionate about working on cars. After retiring from the FBI, he started modifying a 2003 E46 BMW M3.
