    Jack Jackson, DCS Corp.

    Jack Jackson

Vice President of Human Resources, DCS Corp.

Jack Jackson’s recent achievement will be helping DCS maintain its consistent growth of over 10% annually despite challenges such as the pandemic, a highly competitive labor market and the transition from a small business.

As an employee-owned company, DCS’ unique culture drives its success and fosters a highly engaged workforce. The company employs highly skilled professionals dedicated to supporting the warfighter and advancing the overall Defense Department mission. With a Navy background, Jackson takes pride in contributing to this mission.

DCS’ HR team is known for its exceptional capabilities, delivering impressive results in talent acquisition, retention, onboarding and engagement, digital automation, benefits administration and other areas. One of the key initiatives of the HR team is to send all new hires a personalized welcome package. While this may seem minor, it plays a significant role in connecting employee-owners to DCS, particularly as many are embedded in government facilities with customers and are widely dispersed.

    Why Watch

In 2024, Jackson and his team are heavily focused on continual processes improvement to add increased value to DCS and its employee owners. They will look for ways to continually reach employee owners through more effective methods and increased in-person site visits.

“HR has been a very rewarding career knowing you have positively impacted both the business objectives while balancing employee needs first and foremost,” he said.

Fun fact: Jackson played lacrosse at the Naval Academy and loves to honor the sport given by Native Americans.
