Fearless won a call-to-order on a blanket purchase agreement to support the General Services Administration’s Login.gov platform through data analytics.
“Login.gov plays a vital role in simplifying how millions of Americans interact with their government online, serving over 100 million users across more than 50 federal and state agencies,” said Fearless Digital President Alka Bhave. “This data analytics initiative marks a significant expansion of our collaboration with GSA, building on our successful work in streamlining partner agency onboarding and developing robust account creation, authentication, and identity verification services. By applying advanced data analytics to Login.gov, we’re enhancing a platform that impacts a vast number of citizen-government interactions daily. This project aligns with our mission to create more efficient, secure, and accessible digital government services.”
The federal government’s unified sign-on solution, Login.gov connects over 100 million users to services across more than 50 agencies. Under this contract, Fearless will develop comprehensive data analytics capabilities, assess the suitability and compliance of various analyses, define outcomes and validate baseline metrics, prioritize opportunities based on benefit factors, feasibility and value, and ensure all processes and recommendations are equitable, accessible, inclusive and usable.
Fearless’ data analytics team will anonymously analyze patterns across various program value streams, including business operations, overall performance, access equity, privacy safeguards and security protocols. By examining how different user groups interact with Login.gov, Fearless aims to enhance the platform’s inclusivity and accessibility while evolving it to meet the changing needs of government agencies and the public.
Fearless began improving Login.gov in 2019 by streamlining partner agency onboarding and improving integration experiences for government departments. The team also developed accessible authentication and identity verification services, securing user-friendly access and most recently supported the development of in-person proofing services to further expand Login.gov’s capabilities.
