CGI Federal Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of CGI Inc., has been awarded a position on the 10-year, $2 billion Foundation Cloud Hosting Services II IDIQ contract by the Interior Department.

Under this agreement, CGI will provide a full range of cloud services to support critical modernization efforts.

“CGI is a global leader in IT and business consulting, partnering with clients to help them achieve their mission objectives,” said Jay Hadley, CGI senior vice president of regulatory agencies programs. “This award positions CGI to continue as a trusted advisor and partner in cloud services, accelerating modernization initiatives. As a strategic collaborator, we help clients future-proof their operations, making them more adaptive, resilient, and sustainable.”

CGI and its partners provide technologies, platforms, and products for critical public missions, leveraging Software-as-a-Service offerings, expertise in cloud IT strategies, and cybersecurity consulting.

CGI Federal was recently named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: U.S. Federal Government Cloud Professional Services 2024 Vendor Assessment.

“CGI’s services focus on reducing risk and procurement timelines by delivering tailored digital solutions that meet the diverse needs of federal clients,” said Vishal Ranjan, CGI vice president of consulting services. “Our deep understanding of federal technology architecture is why CGI has been the top provider of cloud services to the federal government since the first Foundation Cloud Hosting Services IDIQ award in 2014.”
