Cadmus and Riverside Technology, Inc. have won a multimillion-dollar contract they’re partnering on to support the National Ocean Service’s Management and Budget Office at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
Through this award, Riverside and Cadmus will deliver strategy, performance, evaluation, policy and human capital support services to thousands of NOS staff.
“We are proud to bring Cadmus’ expertise to bear in support of NOS’ essential human capital needs as part of the Riverside team,” said Cadmus President and CEO Ian Kline. “A supportive and inclusive employee experience is foundational to NOS’ vital mission of addressing the evolving economic, environmental, and social pressures on our Great Lakes, ocean, and coasts.”
Cadmus will support and implement the NOS strategic planning process and evaluate the quality and performance of NOS’ mission programs and service delivery. The company will lead human capital services for MBO, including providing instructional design and support and facilitating diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility workforce priorities.
The award of this task order is one of several under the ProTech Satellite 2.0 IDIQ contract in which Cadmus has been a key part of the winning team.
