Astrion announced a new executive leadership team following its recent acquisition of Axient. Dave Zolet will continue as Astrion’s CEO.

“Joining forces with Axient positions Astrion as a unique player in the market, combining the agility of a smaller company with the depth and breadth of capabilities typically associated with larger corporations,” Zolet said. “This powerful combination simplifies operations for our customers, enabling them to achieve more through a single, comprehensive partnership with Astrion.”

The new leadership team includes executives from Astrion and Axient:

    • Dave Zolet, CEO
    • Dan Benjamin, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Space Division
    • Larry Foor, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Army/Navy/MDA Division
    • Ronald “Fog” Hahn, Chief Growth Officer
    • Sharon Hays, Chief Innovation Officer
    • Jake Kennedy, Chief Financial Officer
    • Dalia Khanafseh, Senior Vice President, Integration and Transformation
    • Lauren Kilcoyne, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Air Force Division
    • Adele Navarrete, Chief Legal Officer
    • Teresa Roberson, Chief Contracts Officer
    • Jeff Wehner, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Civilian Agencies Division
    • Heather Wilson, Chief Human Resource Officer

“Combining Axient and Astrion is about more than scale, it is a multiplication of possibilities,” Zolet said. “This executive team embodies our commitment to growth, diverse perspectives, and strategic expertise in addressing critical challenges across cybersecurity, mission support, systems engineering, and digital solutions.”
