Paul Frommelt
Vice President, Marketing & Communications, BlueHalo
As the head of the Marketing and Communications team at BlueHalo ⏤ a 5-year old defense tech company with a total employee count of nearly 2,400 across 11 states and annual revenue approaching $1 billion ⏤ Paul Frommelt expanded BlueHalo’s brand presence following the acquisition of Eqlipse Technologies in Q1. This included relaunching the company’s website to an over 300% increase in users and a notable increase in earned media coverage across national publications.
BlueHalo’s acquisition of Eqlipse presented a unique opportunity for the BlueHalo marketing team to reintroduce and redefine the company’s brand to a larger audience. As the marketing lead that launched the Eqlipse brand in 2023, Frommelt worked on merging the Eqlipse identity into BlueHalo, while simultaneously working to integrate the marketing teams and develop engaging messaging for the combined entity.
“Paul has done a tremendous job leading the marketing and communications team in elevating BlueHalo’s brand on a national scale and putting us squarely where we belong as a company, in the middle of the Defense Technology disruptor discussion,” said – Diek Minkhorst, BlueHalo’s senior vice president of strategy and corporate development.
“He’s accomplished this through outstanding leadership as the company has rapidly grown during his tenure ⏤ developing the team and setting the organization on the right path. Paul has the innate ability to build internal consensus that makes sure teams are moving in the right direction, toward a shared goal.”
